London’s murder rate is on course to surpass last year’s decade-high level after a football fan was stabbed to death on a Tube platform in an unprovoked attack.
Tashan Daniel, 20, was one of two young men murdered in just two hours on Tuesday, taking the tally of violent killings in the capital in 2019 to 110.
